"Very clean and staff were so nice and pleasant to talk to and I was excited to see omelets for a breakfast selection but it was weird that the bathroom had no handsome but had 2 body wash options and a makeup remover wipe. We ended up getting our own soap for the bathroom and had hand sanitizer"

"The room was clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was ok, one of the reasons we stayed there is because we saw they served turkey sausage but it was only available 2 days out of the 7 days we were there! Parking was good, but I thought parking was free for guest but when I got my receipt it showed I was charged $10 a day! I’m not sure if that will be credited back to me but other than that! My stay was amazing!!!"

"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The indoor pool was a huge highlight—our kids absolutely loved it and had an amazing time swimming. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and definitely a big plus. The rooms were very spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. On top of that, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. "I was upgraded which I really appreciate it, but I was disappointed in the pool area. I expected it to be more of a result in style in upgraded and newer furniture. Also, my bathroom had stains on it, and I could not use it. I also recommend they get new ironing board pads as the ironing board is very hard. Alex expected the towels to be a better quality for the reviews I saw. These are all small things but I think they need to be addressed. Overall, I enjoyed the property."
