"The Shangri la lived up to its standards… we stayed with our three and one year old for 7 nights and were made to feel at home, the staff were excellent, they were so friendly and helpful, we stayed in an executive suite which was very spacious and had a typical Shangri la decor which we love, the lobby area is always stand out, a bonus was we had the horizon club lounge access which offers certain drinks and nibbles at dedicated times which was a nice, the infinity pool was great with a lovely...

"Amazing hotel, clean, chic, great location and ameneties. Loved our stay the ONLY downfall was the drinks service at breakfast and dinner was always very slow, usually we had finished our meal by the time drinks came, all the staff were polite and went out of their way to help us. Only one staff member let this down by telling us off for falling asleep in the foyer whilst waiting for our room (we had a night flight with two kids so kind of couldn't help it!) and I found that a bit unnecessary...
