"Bad smell in the room. Sheets used by previous guests, dirty and stained with a bad smell. Torn towels with a bad smell. There was no air conditioning in my first room. Afterwards, they moved us to another one, the air conditioning didn't work, it was disastrous. The worst thing is that I would never recommend this place."

"We really enjoyed the stunning pool, and the proper Finnish sauna at the property. Pool is heated and warm even in February and it was equipped with a powerful hydromassage.
The location is great and offers long days of sun with views to Teide and ocean. We also enjoyed watching the sun set in the atlantic ocean. Car is recommended and the private garage is good for parking.
