"Great location by the 16th Street pavilion and the free bus. Was able to take the train from the airport to Union Station and take the free bus to a block from the hotel. Nice bar and great staff."

"Very clean and beautiful styled rooms. The view and location was excellent. As for the $100 deposit, It’s been 7 business days and still haven’t got my deposit back yet. I asked for a printed receipt when checking out and was told to contact the 3rd party website I booked my stay at for a receipt. I like to see what was charged on my card on file upon check out and was denied a simple printed receipt."

"I didn’t like the toilets were low sitting it was like sitting on the ground they were so low. Bathroom could of been clean better their was someone else’s hair in the drain."

"This is a very old property on top of a hill. If you plan to walk to the Convention Center or 16th Street Mall, prepare for an uphill walk back. Also 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order making for a long wait to get to/ from your room. Otherwise, it had and lacked all the amenities associated Hampton Inn :pool, exercise room, free breakfast and internet; no restaurant or bar."

"Booked on Expedia, was told that I will not get any services or points because I used Expedia. I put in a complaint to Hilton but did not hear back. The young man at the desk stated that all I saved by using Expedia was $10 bucks. I won't stay again. I am a long time Hilton member but will use another brand in the future. It would be in Expedia's best interest to look into stopping this."

"The rooftop bar was closed while I was there for a private event. Very disappointing."

"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated"

"5th year staying at the Magnolia. Room was clean and cleaned daily and they gave me 4 extra pillow. Free water provided at front desk as well as cookies at night. We also got window room. Staff was helpful with any questions and allowed late checkout. This year did not visit bar but sometimes on weekends they have live music. Only wish they had a pool."
