"Clean, spacious room with everything we needed for our family. Good location and the staff made us feel very safe and comfortable. Restaurant on-site was delicious and available all day (with breakfast included). Spa was fantastic! Massage was ok, but Himam sauna was incredible! The front desk was pleasant and helped translate/problem solve when we had travel changes. Would highly recommend!"

"Excellent RIad and well situated within a close distance to the souls but far away to not hear any noise. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the hammam and massage. Would love to return "

"The Hotel was very nice. The room however had a damp smell and feel throughout the stay. Staff very nice and helpful. Pricing for food disappointing. Major difference between over charge and being ripped off. Two scoops of ice cream $17 USD which is completely ridiculous. The spa was very nice and clean. Hotel within walking distance of shopping and exploring. Very close to the airport. "

"Front desk girls are so efficient as is concierge and door staff….. and housekeeping ! Nice and quiet , big comfy bed and pillows , beautiful pool area . Nice neighborhood and taxi’s are very affordable so the city is easy to access !"

"Super schönes Hotel und ein sehr herzliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und der Pool auf dem Dach ist auch zu empfehlen!

"I absolutely loved this hotel. I couldn't fault it in any way. The staff are incredible they work so hard and are so welcoming, friendly and inclusive. The property is maintained to a very high level. Rooms are clean and maintained to a high standard. The food and drink was lovely. The hotel food was to a excellent standard and service was great.
