"I arrived very late and got to my room to find hair all over the bathroom, on the floor, around the sink, and stuck to the walls of the shower. There is no longer a business center despite the website saying so, in case that is important to anyone. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly at all times. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, I had only great interactions with all."

"We stayed overnight at the hotel in Gainesville, Alachua. The hotel appeared modern and very clean, with comfortable, tidy rooms and well-maintained bathrooms. Overall, it was a positive experience."

"My mom uses a wheelchair. Regarding my reservation, I explained that the room wasn't the right one, so I had them move us from the 4th floor to the 2nd because my mom was tired. Breakfast wasn't bad, but it was the same thing every day—no variety"

"Staff is respectful and helpful!! They do attend to needs! There was no do not disturb sign when I checked in so I had someone clean the room and didn’t need it. Not a big deal, and the phone didn’t work I will update if they did fix that issue."
