"This place is amazing!! Beautiful secluded spot by a creek. The room was great, clean, big and felt like a cabin but a bit more elevated. There’s no tv, but I can’t imagine people would want to use one much since outside is so beautiful! Lake Louise is only 20 mins away and there a lot of beautiful hikes and views nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the walls seem to be paper thin. I could hear everything from the rooms around me. So bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper or stay in one...

"Kitchen was not properly stocked. No salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. When we asked for it, they brought us small sachets instead of actual shakers. Laundry washer was dirty and had a smell to it. Shower faucets were dirty/rusted.
Also parking is not designated and not guaranteed. We had to find parking outside which was far one night. And no smart tv.
For the price, they are charging i’d recommend looking at other properties. This places needs a few updates."

"The place was an absolute mud hole, my room was dirty and in rough shape, I’m sure the people three rooms down could hear my bathroom fan when it was on, tried to watch a hockey game one evening and the tv didn’t work. The mandatory amenity fee is such a joke, I had no intention on doing anything but sleeping here as we had lots of other plans but had to pay the fee for there “complimentary’ amenities which were some old bikes you could ride in 2 feet of snow or a small hot tub that you could...
