They never clean the floor but they were complsining about one small dirty towel located near the shower. "Ac was not working in our room. Front desk said they would send a technician but they never did. Other than that the facility was okay! I wouldn’t say it should be a 5 start I would give it a 4 or 3 star. Breakfast had some weird selections, wasn’t very edible. "
