"In fairness, my wife and I went for one night to check it out on our way to Chicago for the weekend. We're also senior citizens. We hit a cold & wet day on June 24th. Just like real camping, it puts a damper on the experience. We couldn't use the pool or comfortably walk the trails. My opinion is that If you're a regular camper, then Dome Glamping would be a unique upgrade to a normal tent and shared bathroom facilities. "The floor in our room was sticky and filthy. My socks were black after 5 minutes. The room smelled like smoke as well. Breakfast was slim picking unfortunately."
