"The Inn is great and wonderful for families. However, after traveling for 10 1/2 hours we were put in an adjoining room with several rambunctious children who were loud. If staying there, you may want to specify what your needs may be such as a quieter area. However, the place was filled with children. The restaurant was good and the amenities were outstanding for families."

"Eric, staff at check in was extremely nice. The young gentleman doing the breakfast was very thoughtful. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds not the most comfortable but the pillows were nice."

"Don't hesitate to stay at the Residence Inn in Holland, Michigan. It is very clean and the staff is kind and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of food choices."

"Room size was great, however there are no closets or drawers. Yes, there are hooks on the wall with a few hangers. There's cubby space. Bathroom was clean, excellent walk-in shower. Lobby area was clean and lots of space to relax or hangout. Negatives: same breakfast EVERY morning (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage) along with oatmeal, cereal (raisin bran, golden grahams), bagels/bread, etc. Outside is loud because of the "factory" building across the way. So having a phone conversation outside made me feel like I was shouting. BUT, I didn't hear the noise inside the hotel."

"Staff was warm and helpful. View from the room was into nature outside. Swimming pool was a good size and very clean. Everything worked fine except for an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which could not be shut off and was noisy. I would stay here again."
