"Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of a vibrant nightlife neighborhood in Pittsburgh. The staff were very attentive and very helpful, from the valet parking attendant to the restaurant's staff. Everyone made sure you felt listen to and taken care of. The Hotel itself was beautiful, recently renovated, with an artsy feel. "Overall, the stay was pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, especially after having to fix the previous mix up with other staff.
My only suggestion would be to pay attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. While the bathroom appeared to be clean at a glance, when I went to use the restroom, I found several stray hairs on the toilet, in the shower and in the sink. "You can park a block down without paying. Cars are left in a lot one block down the street. So your car is just as safe as if you parked yourself. I paid for two nights of Valet and on the second night they told me the valet didn’t show up so park the car yourself. No compensation was offered for the night of valet I paid for plus tip.
Front desk staff and bar tenders were very friendly and approachable.
Food and drinks were delicious."
