"Pleasantly surprised. It’s a nice, quiet and clean homey spot but there is nothing to do in the surrounding area."

"Key card not available, I had no keys for my whole stay and had to wait for someone to come let me in my room, hence did not feel safe or comfortable. Credit card system was down, they only accepted cash. Not staying here again."

"The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning. Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness."

"Hotel was okay... I think they are going through renovations? Items were for sale in the lobby... walls scratched in the hallway on the way to the room. Breakfast was okkkkk. Went to Starbucks after ha ha. Just stayed one night, so it was fine. The lady at the front desk was super nice."

"I feel that the distance and amount of stairs it takes to get to the pool is ridiculous. Any one of a certain age or disability cannot use this facility, which was the reason we booked this hotel. I stayed 6 days/5 nights and never saw housekeeping once, emptied my own trash every day. The breakfast was wonderful so kudos to them on that. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. They need to put something on the bottom of the chairs in the dinning room to mute the horrible sound the chairs make...

"One of the elevators was not working the Corridor felt dirty and the rooms feel and look worn down."

"I needed a handicapped room I booked 3 but needed at least 1 for my aunts but there was none available I put that on the information when I was booking. All rooms was far from each others. When I arrived at my room there was no pillow cases on none of the pillows. As soon as I was calling downstairs a man that was doing housekeeping open the door and walked in while me and my mother was in the room. He did apologize because he said this room was not finished yet I felt that was very weird. My...

"My room was not very clean. The door was not closing, there was a smell in the room. They were no curtains on the windows. There was a lot of light coming in through the windows. I could not asleep due to the light in my room when I went to check for breakfast there was a couple things just sitting in the kitchen area. Self-serving I was expecting breakfast to be served. I get what I pay for not staying there again."
