"Great stay with a great atmosphere, it even has a pool that isn't included in the photos! The staff were excellent, very friendly and helped us to organise our safari as well as travel within and out of Udawalawe. The food was excellent too and good value for money. They are still constructing part of the site so there is a bit of noise but it looked nearly finished and it wasn't disruptive to our stay "

"I must be honest at first I was a bit sceptical about staying in this place. The pictures just didn’t make me feel like it would be a place I want to stay at. So I booked just a few days and then I ended up extending my stay and I stayed here for two weeks I absolutely loved it. The guys that work here were always so attentive and anything I needed or wanted just to make my stay more comfortable. They would always try to get for me. "The location is very, very beautiful. The cove like shape of the beach, the rocks add to the character. The buildings are all nicely designed, though not luxurious. Food choice at the buffet, both breakfast and lunch, is quite good. "
