"we had two rooms. with family. stayed for 2 days. it was off-peak season so relatively quiet. Had much of the beach to ourselves which was amazing. staff arranged for early check-in and late check-out. very enjoyable.
The beach was clean but not pristine. There were some scattered plastic containers/trash which can be more proactively cleaned up by the hotel cleaning crew.
Had two meals here and they were awesome really. Rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Sort of at a level of a 3-star...

More concerning, we also noticed insect/animal droppings, including on the bed. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
A hotel room should at minimum be clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet even these basic...

"Good boutique stay. Beautiful wood-laden architecture surrounded by greenery.
You won't be disappointed if you have tempered expectations. Best of what Neil has to Offer but leaves you wanting for a bit more."
