"Room was clean. But, a used bar soap was left in the shower and no bath mat was left. They did bring one when we requested it. Also when we reported that the coffee maker was leaking, they replaced it but never informed us. We could not tell because the coffee and supplies were never replaced and put in a neat order. They also did this when we asked. We shouldn’t have had to ask!"

"They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times."

"This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain."

"This place not only looked clean, it smelled clean. Really friendly staff and they cleaned our room daily (seems like many places don't these days). Breakfast had hot choices, but wasn't anything spectacular. Wished they had cold water at breakfast and another choice of fruit. Nice quiet property."

"Friendly staff!"

"Clean room. Really good experience."

"I have stayed at this property many times in the past and was happy with everything"

"They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. "

"Very Clean. Nice Breakfast. Polite staff"

"Jayden and April were amazing and truly helpful. If I go back it would be because of them. Room’s ceilings are thin. I heard every step the person above me made. Other than that. Great hotel."

"The room was filthy and had bugs on the ceiling. Lots of mold in shower. Gave us a creepy feeling. I would have given it a zero if I could have. Don’t stay here!!!"

"Roaches everywhere, and don't even let me get started on the bed bugs! Woman at front desk would not switch me rooms when I told her there was pepperoni pizza all over the chair and the floor was unreal with food crumbs all over the place she would not change me rooms then I got back to the room that's when I saw all the roaches coming out of the phones and the TV the dresser and then the bed bugs went back down around third shift and that guy was very nice and helpful and he traded me rooms but...

"I understand that red roof is not the best place! But the photos online made it seem like they had renovated, oh my God, definitely a fake! They have no amenities and what I mean is no ice machine no vending machine machine, they didn’t even have an iron in the room! I spelt something on the floor and when I tell you, I wiped it up, the whole white towl was black, like they have never mop the floors and to think my kids were on the floor playing!! I am gonna definitely try to fight to get my...

"The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. This was a grown woman with not customer service skills. After telling her that it was unexceptionable she said that she would pay for one night at the Towneplace Marriot (our reservation was for 2 nights)GM also...
