The refrigerator was off and it took several hours for it to get cold so we could get our water cold for travel the next day. We were told coffee would be available at 5am the following morning. "They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. "
