The signage on the 7th floor showed 701-714 was ice and vending...however that was someone's room, no ice machine. The following day I asked the young lady at the desk where was the ice machines. She asked me what floor I was on I said I was in 721 she stated there were ice machines on the 7th floor on the side where the high room numbers were..no there were no ice machines...there was a room with no door...

"The Hyatt is a very nice reasonable priced hotel in Little Italy and only a half a mile from the Inner Harbor. So you can have the valet park your vehicle (for only $39, which is a very cheap valet rate in Baltimore), and walk to the Inner Harbor. "The actual room was quite large and had lots of storage. The mini-fridge was great to have and I very much appreciated a lighted, magnifying makeup mirror. Albeit noisy, I did enjoy an ac that cooled well. However, the towels were super thin and scratchy; the sheets were scratchy as well. While I liked the large mirror with a light surrounding it in the bathroom, half of it was burned out.The halls and lobby had a large fan going, I assume because the ac was either broken or unable to keep up...

The bathroom trash was not emptied before my visit and there was actual sanitary product waste in there. -The room was incredibly small, it felt like a dorm, the tv was at an angle where I had to move around the furniture to see it from the bed, which is the only place to sit except the dilapidated office chair. "The property is in a great location. Plenty to do in the area without having to drive. Unfortunately the staff are less than helpful. We checked out at 11am. At 12 noon, we realized we left a bag hanging from the bathroom door. Called, staff said they wou look into it. Took down my number and address. Called them back a few hours later and they claim no one turned in a bag. Hello, the cleaning staff was going in this room before the next guest at 4pm and the receptionist could have called...

"Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet.
