El desayuno bufet frío no me gustó la comida. Los empleados muy buenos y amigables eso sí lo tengo que decir. "

"Our stay at Heiss Hotel by Jalo was absolutely amazing and played a big part in how much we enjoyed Medellín. The location is perfect—walking distance to just about everything you need, which made getting around so easy. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. One thing we really appreciated was the security. There was always someone in the lobby, and we felt completely safe the entire time—even when we’d sit in the lobby just to relax and people watch. The little details made a difference too—like the vending machine stocked with snacks and even beer, which was super convenient after a long day out. And the rooms… beautiful. The balcony views overlooking the city were stunning and gave us those perfect Medellín moments. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. "

"The room was a decent size. We had double beds but they were smaller than a full size bed. Its location is perfect for night life. The breakfast and room service was great. The hot tub/jacuzzi was small. They have a dry sauna too. "
