"The place is on point with SERVICE even the Philippine Airlines. I could be have a rough day and the staff from both place just made it better with a simple hello, good morning and the pleasantries though out the day! The fact that it’s in station 1 makes it even better when you come back to a relaxing place! The staff well let’s just say it’s all about you ask MAR and the rest of the staff Mar made my stay happier than I thought it was going to be by just greeting me every day!"

"There was a lot to like about this hotel but a few things to take issue with. The staff were excellent, the place was spotless and our room was modern and lovely. On the negative side; it is a bit out of the way, the pool tiles are coming off (a lot), the buffet breakfast was only barely warm in the heated dishes (3 days running) and it was fairly inefficient - no pool towels by the pool, only one each in the room, ask for something and it takes a while. It felt like it needed someone to shake it up, but otherwise fine."

What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. The food was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. We stayed in a Premier Sea View room, and the view was simply superb. Waking up to the sight of the ocean each morning was unforgettable and definitely one of the best parts of our trip. The Palm Tree Restaurant also deserves special mention—not just for its excellent food, but for its beautiful dining ambiance. Enjoying meals with such a stunning view made the experience even more special. Overall, Henann Palm offers a perfect combination of comfort, great service, and a beautiful setting."

"Great selection at the breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner options were also very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach itself was very nice with plenty of shoreline to take a walk. Would love to stay here again. "

"The staff was very nice. I do suggest that a door tag be provided to hang on the door when you leave the room - If you would like the room cleaned or not? Also, let the guests know that the staff will need 15 mins to check the room before you check out of the hotel and the end of your stay."

Every aspect is excellent including the fabulous staff providing consistent high level customer service, the rooms are designed so well and beautifully appointed, the beach is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are stunning and the food in the many restaurants was always excellent! Highly recommended and plan to return! "

"Great staff service and the room was clean early on which allowed us to check in earlier with no charge. Air conditioning was average, not too cold and not hot either. The free breakfast buffet had limited options and although some food weren’t to my taste, there were options for everybody. Overall great stay and we would book here again"
