"Nice room, good hotel overall. Friendly security. When arrived found reception guy very dull, not friendly and welcoming at all. When leaving the same guy didn’t bother coming off the phone and just took the key. Always nice to have a friendly face. Had to keep asking for toilet rolls as they wouldn’t re stock. Towels had marks on them too. Cleanliness not the best. However otherwise hotel was good. Room was big comfortable and spacious. Toilets were also clean and nice. We’re given toothbrushes...

"Had an awesome stay, though its not 4star rated, however when there was any issues the Team at Ivory Inn ensured it was dealt with. Even Manager assisted in giving us a long stay discount. Mall, factories outlets was do close by. Bus stop and Metro stations nearby. Restaurants and take away so close. Very lovely experience witj my husband ❤️ "

"Apartment was new and clean, everything was good and service was attentive, with one catch. The Internet was very unstable. In this age and time, all apartments should have WiFi by default, but this residence has only ethernet ports (it's 2015..), and WiFi only by request. However, the routers do not seem to work properly, and the support team can't fix a router to save their lives! I wasted two days of work because I was not able to connect seamlessly to the internet (my company VPN did not...
