"We were put into a disabled room which saved climbing the stairs, however the bathroom door did not lock and swung open so offering no privacy Toilet cistern was like a jet engine starting, very noisy No room heater instructions"

The fish and chips came with “wedges” We told the server. The restaurant charged an extra £2.00 for a small bit of cheese on my son’s burger (child’s menu) When our bill was brought to us the server stood over us until we paid instead of giving us time to look through over our bill. "

"We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though, although we didn't use it that looks lovely - outside sauna/hot tub. Would definitely return if we visit Mull again."

"Lovely clean dog friendly room. Would benefit from some details on the resort ie dog walks or local attractions. The hotel is remote, we had planned to get there by the ferry but this was not running and had to drive, not the best roads as not a single track fan. We would stay again "
