Very old furnishings, poor bathroom facilities and non-smoking staff except Teresia (so?). The hotel manager was unapologetic about the wifi issue and did not offer any other amenities to compensate. Very poor standard for a hotel that charges almost $200 USD per night."

"We paid $160 for a family of 4. The room was okay and breakfast was good. But the hotel turned off the hot water in the morning for some reason and even after asking them to turn it back on, the water was ice cold and we were never able to take a hot shower."

"What an amazing experience! Sleeping quarters for 5 people were right but the price was right and space didn’t matter when waking up to zebras, wildebeests and monkeys in your front yard! Food was great, drinks were great, and staff was lovely. I saw some people complaint about hot water but it’s Africa! What do you expect?!! A cold shower was nothing to complain about when all that wildlife is passing through your camp! "
