"This was an incredible place to stay. The area is beautiful and the hotel was great. The staff was so accommodating and there was a shuttle to take us too and from town, which was a life saver with the steep inclines. The onsen and spa were beautiful and we loved all of the complimentary items provided to us. We will absolutely stay again!"

"Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Everything was clean and well maintained and all of the restaurants were delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance."

"Truly five star accommodation in an immaculate setting. The level of service is actually six star. The hot springs (Onsen) were well kept and stocked with soaps and lotions and grooming aids.
We dined at the well stocked buffet because we were there for one night but a longer stay would have included the French and Japanese cuisine."
