"Onsen was wonderful"

"El cuartón tenia un olor algo a húmedo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba tan bien y el restaurante no nos gusto mucho"

"食事と温泉をメインにしている方にはピッタリ"

"チェックイン〜チェックアウトまでなんの不便もない。 そんな中、意味深だがスパは別会社かな？？"

"A little disappointed with our stay, the staff were lovely we went to the lakeside grill after booking a table, for a buffet it was expensive and the food was subpar and not as advertised on the video signs. As the weather wasn’t favourable we decided to leave early and didn’t even stay for breakfast. There is a lot of potential for improvement it needs reinvestment and an update it’s in a wonderful place but needs to match that with amenities."

"The hotel was just magical, from start to finish we loved every minute of HAKONE Setsugetsuka, especially the private Onsen. We also used the bath in our room which was fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel wish is right next to the train station so great if you don't want to walk to far."

"Before we got to the hotel the communication about getting to the hotel from the train station was poor and unhelpful. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a restaurant for a light lunch or dinner. And we asked about restaurants nearby we were only told of one. We found one we liked on our own. The hotel was lovely and I especially liked the women only bath."

"Excellent stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great on-site onsen. Would highly recommend."

"Great Hotel, and outdoor private hot bath"

"スタッフさんは、良く教育されていて 気配りの利く対応でした。"

"Very clean, unique, amazingly kind staff, and calm experience. Only thing is the food is very particularly seafood oriented so be aware of this. Would definitely recommend for a night"
