"Clean room "

"The rooms were very clean along with the hallways. The staff were great and the breakfast was great. I will always stay at this hotel when I come to A.C. 5-Stars."

"Room was clean and adequate. It was a bit smaller than what we are used to but it served it's purpose. Anita at the front desk was wonderful in the face of a rude customer. (She did not wait on me) The customer was nasty for no reason or fault of Anita's. We saw this customer at another establishment within Bally's and she was quite rude to staff there as well. Kudos to Anita for holding it together."

"This was THE WORST experience that I have ever had staying at a hotel…the pictures and reviews online have to be AI generated because it was not clean. The hallway smelled like mildew and they had fans trying to dry it up, the elevator smelled like weed, there was mold on the wall near the door, there were crumbs on the nightstand by the bed, the bathroom was sloppily cleaned, there was stuff floating in the pool…this place is a literal dump!! We stayed here for my son’s basketball tournament...

"I had Alittle trouble with the room and the parking is terrible parking lot tight and it’s very hard to find somewhere to park, overall it’s a nice and clean hotel l. The bakery food was not fresh at all"

"The staff was so nice. The hotel and the room was clean. The guy in the the little store/starbucks was a little rude and the store was definitely over priced. The toliet in the room needs some repair because you have to hold down the flushing lever for a while before it actually flushed. The sink drainage needs to be cleaned. Water would fill up in the sink. Overall the property wasnt bad."

"Very disappointed with my stay here at the Clarion. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. Checkout was a joke. I waited to hand in my key cards and my parking pass and the attendant was on the phone and waved me off and did nothing. If I’m charged for anything other than a regular checkout, I will be very angry. The guest staying nearby weren’t loud and obnoxious at all hours and nothing was done. The breakfast was very poor. It was not a comfortable stay at all and I will not be back."

"Its not a full breakfast. they have eggs patties, sausage patties, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, apple and orange juice, coffee, water milk, cereal, small pastries. I was a bit disappoint with it that and not an actual breakfast liked pictured. The parking lot is small and open. But the spot are small. Staff was barely seen at all. The halls smells heavy of smoke. the room lighting was dim. some lights didn't work at all. but the room did its job. was there for us to rest after celebrating our...
