"Terrible experience — avoid this hotel.
I booked and paid for a Penthouse Suite, but upon arrival the hotel gave me a lower-category room while pretending it was the Penthouse. This was completely unacceptable. When I discovered the issue and challenged them, they initially tried to push the responsibility onto Hotels.com instead of taking accountability.
Only after I insisted very firmly did they finally refund me. In my opinion, this is not a simple mistake — it felt like an attempt to...

Hotel H1 TamataveToamasina
6.0 trên 10, (3 nhận xét)
"Rooms are quite small, as are the single beds. Wifi was acceptable and almost always worked, even with a power cut, which is very rare. Plenty of hot water. The reception staff speak English which is not always the case in Madagascar. The main negative was the small size of the room. 2 single beds took up almost the entire space and there is no storage space. I did not find it great value for the money."
