"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. "Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that.
