"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. "Un palacete muy bonito en el casco antiguo, dentro de las murallas de Ávila. Los recepcionistas muy agradables y abiertos, sobre todo el que nos hizo el checkin. La habitación sencilla, amplia y limpia. Estuvimos muy agusto. Buena relación calidad-precio."
