"I arrived at the hotel with my whole family, ready to enjoy the stay in Kusadasi, but it was closed. There was nobody around for any explanation or hint. Our guide talked in turkish to the security person (the only around) and he explained that the hotel was closed several months ago. Its hard to understand how they don't care for the customers and how Expedia didn't adviced about the situation."

"I was surprised by the unfortunate presence of so much cigarette smoke in the lobby. It hits you like a wall when you walk in. The management had already turned the air conditioning to winter operation so there was no opportunity to control your own heat/air machine in your room. We like to sleep with a cooler room, and there was no opportunity for that, therefore we slept very poorly. "Otel oldukça temizdi, sabah ve akşam yemeği çeşidi ve lezzeti iyiydi. Personel güleryüzlüydü çoğu yabancı ve Türkçe bilmiyorlar. Neden 3 yıldız, odalarda su ve su ısıtıcı yoktu. En küçük otellerde bile var. Ayrıca içecekler ücretli 1 şişe su (1.5 tl) 150 tl yazdılar. Kahve 220 tl anlamsız ücretler. Hamam var ücretli giriş. Yani anlayacağınız fiyatı düşük tutup kalan tüm hizmetlere yüklenmişler. Yazık"

"Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive.
