"In the center and walking distance to everything. The only downside is that if you are a light sleeper and planning on going during the weekend, good luck. There is a rooftop nearby that plays music on the weekends loudly. Aside from that, the staff was really helpful. "

"This hotel is super close to the historic center of Cuenca, which as a whole is very safe. You can walk at night, get amazing food, etc. The hotel staff is super friendly, and everyone is very kind. Things to watch out for: the "game" room is a faulty pool table and foosball set, the internet on the 3rd floor is spotty, and the breakfast/hotel food is subpar. Long story short, not the type of hotel you want to spend the day in, but hey you're right next to everything you'd ever want to explore!"

"The property was great due to how close it was to the central part of the city. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The only thing was you needed to be buzzed into the hotel after past 10pm. You would need for someone to let you in from the street after 10pm. "
