"Wonderful facility with attentive and professional staff. Comfortable beds and great location. Convenient to Mall del Rio and central Cuenca. Parking was easy and free. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes. Really enjoyed the clean pool, gym, and steam room each evening. WiFi was strong enough to facilitate working from the room on a video call. "

The staff was great the breakfast was served individually by a very nice young man the front desk workers were great.The only thing I would suggest up grading tv and tv mount plus more hooks to hang things in bathroom and inside room.One more things shelves in bathroom for towels and or toiletries,Would recommend to anyone going to Cuenca"

"The staff is very friendly and the lighting and bedding are great, with plenty of blankets provided. However, the breakfast is just average. A major downside is the shower design, which causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet—this definitely needs to be fixed. Also, we could have used more towels during our stay."
