"The hotel is located in the old quarters which is amongst the must visit places for Hanoi. I loved the hotel, courtesy of its staff and the neighbourhood Only problem was that the bathroom amenities were not working fine, but that was okay for me because i spent only one night. All in all, highly recommended and value for money. "

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions asked in person or over the phone, providing the best solution they could offer. Breakfast too is located at the ground floor and the food options were amazing, ranging from American and Vietnamese options. Lastly their massage and spa services are spectacular in quality. All in all the staff, room, and services provided are phenomenal. They work hard and deserve the praise! Thanks again!"
