"Had a spacious room that was clean and well appointed with a. small kitchenette. Older property that was built before the need to have outlets for so many of our devices but I got by. There was a nice pool and it is located on the beach. There were several restaurants nearby."

"When I arrived to check in, the lady who runs the hotel greeted me warmly. I didn't realize they didn't speak English, and I don't speak much Spanish. But, it didn't seem to phase her one bit. She spoke warmly and waited patiently until I would nod in agreeance and say "si". I stayed a week, and every interaction was great. The room was very clean; modest, but great deal for the price. "THe lagoon pool in the Serenity area was VERY relaxing."

"The villages and the food are great, as well as the service. However, the place DOES NOT have a beach, you need to go to a restaurant, 5 mins away (driving) to have access to the beach. The food there is part of the all-inclusive plan and the service is OK but it's not of the same level. This was a surprise for us."
