Our butler was Menuka and he was wonderful, helpful, and kind. We stayed on the property for the most part and chose to do all of our meals there because we liked the food and the convenience. "I stayed with my family in the Christmas Eve at this hotel. This was my second visit, 17 years after our honeymoon at the same venue. Courtesy of the staff at the front office needs to be upgraded. Restaurant staff was great. Good food. Initially given a deteriorated room but immediately changed upon request. I have a feeling that they tempt to underestimate the customers booking through online channels, I may be wrong, but that's the same feeling my spouse and kids felt at check in and check...
