"I've now stayed at iCheck Inn Nana 3 or maybe 4 times. Each time it has been very clean and very quiet inside and with courteous staff. Besides the hotel itself, the nearby restaurants, bars and easy transport access make it a winner for me."

"Booked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently.
The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines.
Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund.
Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation...
