"The room, facilities and breakfast were great. Everything you need for an overnight stop, clean, comfortable and the pool was rejuvenating after a flight. The only inconvenience was the airport pickup. Very poor to none on the communication from the hotel prior to arrival. I tried many times to contact them for the shuttle pickup point but got no response, hence it took me a long time & much frustration to find the shuttle. Shuttle back to the airport was very well organised."

"Staff seems well trained for extremely busy conditions. They were patient and helpful. There were huge Mecca tours groups relentlessly filling up the hotel, dunno if that's every day. If I knew about this phenomenon i woulda gone another hotel. Room was fine but the 2 power outlets were in one corner, strange. The bathroom had a constant urine smell.
