"This clean and spacious apartment was very comfortable. Bed and the bathroom were great. Our room included a large balcony. Tea and Coffee were sparce, with two Coffee pods, and two tea bags, neither of which were normal tea. If I was staying any more than one night I would need to buy Coffee and real milk. "

The Reception staff (Particularly Jacinta and Bianca) were lovely and super helpful when needing to accomodate my adult daughter into our room, whilst my husband was in hospital. They helped with organizing taxis and a late permit for parking as well. Whilst it was obvious you were having a change over of furniture during our stay, this did not inconvenience us. "I'm glad I chose to stay in this unit than a Hotel in the City. A nice home away from home. Bed and Pillows are comfortable. Bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean with beautiful Sandalwood bodywash. Towels are lush quality. "

"Booked the property for 6 nights and went to check in only to find no one was available/ or any instructions provided to get into the property. Called the number provided numerous times with no answer and none responded. Waited for nearly 2 hrs with young kids in vain. Yet to receive my booking amount paid from Expedia. Very poor!"
