"The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy for us to use all the facilities before we could check in on our first day and even gave us towels for the pool. Excellent and huge lockers for securing your belongings before and after check out. The roof top pool and bar are fab. "

"The staff here are what made our stay great. They went above and beyond. I booked this hotel for my elderly aunt and I. She does not walk well, but her dream has always been to visit Spain. I did not know that the elevator doesn't go up to the terrace and there are 2 flights of stairs to get there.
