"Rooms were clean and well maintained. Even able to move twin beds so they weren’t right next to each other. Roof top bar was very nice! Staff professional and friendly. Would recommend."

"Our dinner server in the bar, was very very slow and non attentive as didn’t check on us. What should have been quick meal took 2 hours. I had to go get him to check on us."

"excellent breakfast in a very beautiful lower level room! staff was top notch!! just ask and they accommodate with a smile and understanding. we will be back some day, thank you"

"Excellent location! Spacious rooms and great service; will definitely check in again."

"Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, FANTASTIC Food!!"

"El personal muy intransigente para apoyarnos cuando avise que perdí el tren y necesitábamos que nos dieran acceso a la habitación, por otro lado cayó una tormenta y se trasmino el agua y cerraron recepción y no se podía salir o entrar más que por la puerta de atrás y con las maletas nadie apoyó para trasladarlas después del checkout."

"The hotel is fantastic and highly recommended for others travelling as it is right above the metro station yet extremely quiet. Staff was very helpful and addressed issues right away. The rooms were very clean and the space them was interesting. The only complaint I have is that the toilet had a funny odor/small, but otherwise, was a fantastic stay."

"Ok ✅"

"Pros: clean, just as described. Same as pictures. Robe and slippers included. Security provided when available. They will help you schedule a taxiz Cons: bed and pillows were uncomfortable. If a guest needs something you will be not attended to by the sister hotel. For example, I needed batteries for my tv, hotel doesn’t have ANY kind of staff on site, therefore we didn’t have tv for the evening and night. Shower floor is very slippery, no safety handle bars. Hotel hallway lights are motioned...

"Location is excellent right on the Placa Espana close to all the stops and the metro station. Most notable were helpful stuff and quality breakfast! I would stay there again!"

"La habitación limpia, personal muy amable"

"El servicio del hotel fue muy bueno, a excepción de las chicas de limpieza, que al solicitar algo parecían limitadas"

"Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen ist außergewöhnlich gut."
