The receptionist Ruben was a bit of a strange guy there was someone behind us in the que he served them first at check in the other staff were all great the hotel is clean tidy with great views at the 11th floor the area is a bit sketchy be vigilant as it’s full of thugs, thieves and has a drug problem right outside the door but the hotel is fairly decent I’d stay again if I went again

Really pleased, funky hotel, great location

This was a fantastic hotel - very cool and funky. The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. We had a Double Deluxe, there was plenty of room. The 360 bar was incredible and is a perfect place to spend your evening. I was really happy with this hotel and would certainly recommend it. We did not try the breakfast, restaurant, or gym facilities so I cannot comment on those. It's in a great location to explore all of the main sightseeting and shopping areas of Barcelona.

I love the location, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, church. Walking distance to the Boqueria and La Rambla. Train station and airport is very near. The services are excellent, staff accommodating, courteous and friendly.

Nice boutique hotel but seemed a bit “sketchy” around the area. It’s a completely safe area once we were out and about so don’t let the location deter you from booking. The staff and the rooms were great and the 360 rooftop lounge….amazing especially at sunset!

Beautiful hotel. One of the nicest, but it’s located in a bad area, dodgy part of town, didn’t feel safe around the hotel. Inside the Hotel is absolutely wonderful. The coolest looking hotel. Great restaurant as well.

It's located in a very central and conveniant area of Barcelona where a grear many areas of interest are accessible to on foot. The hotel itself is modern and excellently run to the highest professional standards.

Good hotel very centrally located in Barcelona. The area immediately around the hotel is a bit "edgy" (although we had no actual problems), but it is pretty short walk to the Rambla, old town, and Montjuic funicular. We had a great view, but the AC in our room was could have been stronger and the shower door tended to leak (we reported both issues upon checkout). The decor is somewhat over-the-top "crazy" modern. Very nice view from the rooftop bar, too. The breakfast buffet was copious but didn't vary from day to day.

The hotel itself was lovely. Nicely decorated and large rooms. Staff were attentive and helpful. There are some other reviews that allude to the area around the hotel being dangerous, but we didn’t experience this; and it seemed to be well policed. I gave 3 stars for the area simply because it seems more neglected than other nearby areas, but I would stay here again.
