"Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Strasbourg. The staff were all friendly and approachable. They were helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with good amenities, despite staying in 40 degree temperatures the air conditioning was sufficient!"

"Such a great hotel. Comfortable, lovely staff, great bed, walkable location and good breakfast. The restaurant only serves food during the week so if you’re feeling like dining in on the weekend, apart from breakfast this isn’t possible. Would happily stay again."

"Attention: I booked a room for three people with air conditioning. The Expedia page clearly showed “Klimaanlage” in the room description, and the photos also indicated air conditioning.
At check-in, however, the reception staff first told me that there were no rooms with air conditioning. When I showed them the Expedia page, they claimed that “Klimaanlage” meant “cleaning service,” which is not correct. I live in Germany and speak German, so this explanation made no sense to me.

"The new decor was very impressive....and the staff were excellent
However, the absence of hand soap or equivalent in the room was annoying.....even though you could ask for some at Reception.
Finally, the air conditioning was not up to coping with 35C+ temperatures"
