"This is probably the biggest hotel in Battambang and popular for conferences etc. The salt water pool is fantastic. My room was clean but grubby to say the least. There were massive stains on the floor and walls. It really needed decorating and a good deep clean. The reception staff were lovely. However when I came to check out I was asked to pay for the room though I'd already paid through expedia. Sorted that out and they then told me there was a glass and skippers missing from the room. "An ordinary hotel in Battambang- very hard uncomfortable bed, room didn’t overlook a pool- shower room had water, we didn’t get any hot water, curtains were ineffective. Interesting lock (padlock) for the room, We ordered some room service- this was ok. Seemed a nice family running the place but it’s more of a guest house feel."

"This hotel came highly recommended and has a beautiful garden area and pool. Beautiful backdrops for wedding photos. The room I had was large, spacious and clean but showing its age. The beds are firm but we’re comfortable enough for a short stay. Definitely a popular place to stay for the value and amazing staff. "
