"My only problem was with the tv and remote control. Couldn’t figure out how to get the tv channels, try to call but somehow the desk clerk couldn’t hear so went downstairs and try to get an answer as to how to get the channels explanation didn’t help. It was very difficult to figure out how use the remote control, no instructions at all was frustrating. I guess next hotel we choose we will have make sure tv and remote control are easy to use"
