"Staff were friendly and made the food fresh. The breakfast was especially good! The room was large and comfortable. The pool area garden was beautiful and peaceful. It was quite nice to sit out in it and enjoy the amazing mountain view. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The hotel definitely is not 4 stars. It is outdated and nothing has been replaced in years. Our shower curtain had mold on it. The TV and fridge barely work. There were only three other guests there when we stayed. The hotel is massive, so this was concerning. The lights on our floor were cut off completely in the hallway, which was not safe. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"This place is NOT great! There is no service or support. The reception clerk was awful! We got to wait until she finished her conversation with her friend. The place was deserted! NO STAFF! We requested dinner and felt so uncomfortable that we ate it in our room. When we woke in the morning, no breakfast was provided... was supposed to be included in the monster price paid for the room. NO ONE WAS AWAKE WHEN WE LEFT. We didn’t leave until 7:30 AM. It was one of the weirdest experiences...
