"Staff was very helpful and parking was included! Located in a great area and it has been remodeled since I stayed there last. The hot tub was great and we were able to watch a play off hockey game from the hot tub on a big screen! Room was comfy and nice too."

Coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkins, etc. You can hear everything. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling, all hours. No monitoring by staff. The staff was not that friendly or welcoming. "The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed."

"We found drug paraphernalia in our room sticky spilll all over the place including on the tv remotes, foot rest and the fridge. These was something spilled in the kitchen drawers and dirty dishes in the dish washer. The walls are f the shower were smeared with something . The hot tub was out of order the clerk said it was broken for a long time now(this is one reason we chose this hotel). There were people hanging outside our window until 4am being loud and walking around looking in vehicles....

"It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. "

"Stay away from room 430 as it is the farthest from the front desk and closest to the highway. Very noisy all night long. Had not experienced this in my numerous stays at this hotel. Otherwise, it is fine."

The manager working when I arrived was very helpful and kind; she was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make our stay positive.
