"The staff are always very welcoming. The hotel is clean but it, like all others in Ruston, are showing wear and tear. The door to the mini refrigerator was water damaged. It didn't affect my stay but the small things add up and worsen over time if not addressed."

"In all fairness, during our stay there was a little league tournament the same weekend. That being said, why would a hotel that size only have one elevator⁉️ You had to wait and Wait and WAIT for the elevator. Sometimes we just took the stairs to the top floor. Breakfast was decent except there wasn't many options for those who don't eat pork sausage. Also the bedframes in the room threw me off. It looked like something that would be in a lower tier of hotels. Maybe that's just me. It's crazy...

"There was a used microfiber towel on my nightstand when I checked in and sticky stuff on the desk in the room. I have low expectations for hotel breakfasts in general, and these failed to meet even that. No service inside the hotel, yet the second you walk outside you have full bars. It’s like they block service so you have to connect to their WiFi."

"The hotel was being renovated, and I was not notified. Arrived in town and had to find another hotel. It was Grambling university homecoming, so it was not any hotels left!! I was very disappointed in hotel.com for not notifying me. Then I got a survey on about the hotel!!! WHAT HOTEL!!"
