They even thoughtfully included built-in charging stations on both nightstands. The rate (through Expedia) was very reasonable, compared to other properties in the area. "Worst hotel room we have ever stayed in. The room smelled heavily of mildew (I was concerned breathing the air all night), the rug was actually damp (we had to keep our shoes on the whole time unless in the bed), and our bathroom sink leaked heavily anytime it was turned on. We couldn’t brush our teeth, wash our hands, or wash our faces without our legs and feet being sprayed by water from the leaking pipes. "Room was Dirty the rugs I had socks on and the bottom of them were real dirty there was mold on the bottom oh the bed cover and mold between the floor tiles in bathroom"

"The property itself is very good. But, if you intended to be close to Martha’s Vineyard it is not; it is an hours ferry ride away (the ferry is not cheap)! The saving grace is, this hotel is right across from the ferry in New Bedford. Overall my stay was good and enjoyable once I got over the extra $100 a day for the ferry fare ( just for me)."
