"I didn’t complain since our time was limited there, but in our room our floor seemed very damp and almost sticky. Our bathroom was pretty dirty. And my biggest complaint is that our bed had a mattress that obviously needed to be replaced it was completely concave, it went down a lot in the middle. It was horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. My kids enjoy the waterpark though, but it has went downhill since it first opened. "

"The lobby was sharp and spacious. Check in was easy. Luggage carts made it easy getting bags in. Room was very nice, bathroom could have been a touch cleaner(little detail cleaning around shower base) We enjoyed our stay and would likely return. "

"Ok place for one nights stay. Pool was OK, but there was no towels. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Or any towel racks to hang your towels on once you use them not one. They were renovating the second floor. Which does happen I realize. Asked for the first floor because of handicap and they said there wasn’t any first floors due to construction, but I seen people staying on the first floor. It was hard to get around in the very small elevator. "
