"The hotel is beautiful but paying premium prices for a luxury resort to have a toilet that doesn't flush and no solution but to use the 2nd toilet as well as leftovers in the fridge not cleaned out. The stairs to the rooftop patio was very loud and people gathering outside of door. The room was beautifully but the furniture wasn't comfortable sadly. The lady who did the breakfast was really nice!!!"

"We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. The room allocated to us had a strong bad odour, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room phone was not working. I requested the staff to provide an alternative solution or freshener, but unfortunately, the assistance provided was not helpful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. We had a much better stay at the Holiday Inn"

"We arrived and Jacqueline was very nice and we went to our room. The odors were horrible, the carpet was damp and the brown corduroy curtains were stinky and depressing. The outside pool was not open and the indoor pool should be condemned. We cut our feet on the floor from all of the torn up tile. The pool was extremely dark and dirty. There were chunks coming off the pool. The kicker for us were the noisy neighbors with the TV turned up to max all night long, family fighting and children...

"We recently stayed at Bruce Peninsula Motel and were shocked at the level of cleanliness. The washroom was completely uncleaned — there was even a used tissue with a squashed mosquito stuck to the door, which was never removed. The overall hygiene standards were unacceptable, and it made the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone."
