"Clean room but small. AC was awesome! In this heat wave was a life saver. Comfy bed. Could do with a bigger desk and proper chair and not stool to work on laptop. Great options to eat at next door. Free parking in services. Staff welcoming"

"We said in a snug was very clean it was a little smaller than expected but had everything we needed for 1 night, we had cocktails and snacks at the bar which were very nice and dinner at the Thai restaurant which the food was delicious and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic will definitely stay again."

"Location is stunning, could spend hours looking around the grounds. Room was lovely, bathroom a little small but definitely still fit for purpose. Great to have use of pool/sauna and gym which weren’t busy at all. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful day and night. Bar staff were friendly but could do with some additional support with serving, order taking etc. there was a wedding on when we arrived however did not effect our stay and didn’t hear any noise. Didn’t try any of the food available at the bar or evening meals but the breakfast was really nice and exceptional allergen awareness and as a coeliac lots of choice. Would definitely return and stay again but for potentially 2 nights to be able to enjoy the grounds and surrounding areas. Definitely worth the stay ☺️"

"Just a one night stay while visiting old friends. The reception staff were our major interaction with the staff and both Jasmine and Stella were amazing! They were both very helpful and aware of the difficulties imposed by the extreme heat. Many thanks to both of them!"

"I booked this place because we desperately needed somewhere to stay for easy travel to Wembley. I was a bit uncertain about the reviews but honestly this place is fine. It's not incredible, but the staff were genuinely really nice and friendly, it's an easy 5-10 min walk from the train station, the rooms are run down and not that aesthetically pleasing but we found the bed wasn't too bad, and it was clean. Noise carries between rooms but even though the hotel was full we got good sleep. It felt a bit like staying in a university halls room. I was grateful to have found somewhere so cheap, and I don't regret it. You get what you pay for. Free breakfast (we gave it a miss), free parking, no faff, I think it's a bargain really if you just need somewhere to sleep. Don't go in expecting the ritz! Most importantly as a female traveller I felt safe there, that's the most important thing. I think these guys have been misrepresented a bit in the reviews. I got the sense they are really trying. And without them, I'd have missed my concert!"

"It does exactly what it says on the tin. I always stay here during Henley royal regatta. It’s not cheap and this time the room was a bit small, but generally it’s all good. Staff were super nice. For me, a bonus is having Waitrose and another supermarket just a few minutes away. Means I don’t have to buy hotel food."
