"The experience was rather ordinary. We stayed here when it was the Byron at Byron resort and had a wonderful stay. This time the lack of service and attention was notable. My complaint was handled reasonably well however there was another customers complaining at Reception when I checked out. My credit card was billed for dinner which we didn’t have there, the rooms were tired and the staff not attentive or interested. Given the price point I would’ve expected more."
